Free cancellation up to four weeks before the start
Up to four weeks before the first course day you can cancel free of charge, without giving a reason. You will then receive a credit note, or a full refund if you have already paid. The course page shows, for each start date, the day up to which this is possible.
If you cancel later, you pay part of the course fee:
- between four and two weeks before the start: 25%
- between two weeks and one week before the start: 75%
- in the last week before the start: 100%
Rescheduling to a different start date of the same course is free of charge up to two weeks before the start. After that you pay 50% of the course fee.
A colleague in your place is always possible and costs nothing; just let us know before the first course day.
If you do not cancel and do not attend, we will charge the full course fee.
