The Teamscan gives you a clear insight into how your team functions and where the opportunities for growth lie. We work with the Lencioni team scan because, in our view, it is essential that all team members take ownership of their own contribution to the collaboration. Our approach is personal, involved and focused both on the personal development of the individual team members and on strengthening the qualities of the team.
How does it work?
We begin with an intake meeting in which we discuss your specific goals and the context of your team. On that basis we put together a tailor-made questionnaire.
- Your team members complete the questionnaire anonymously. This gives us honest and reliable feedback on how everyone experiences the collaboration. In addition, if desired, we can hold one-to-one interviews or group discussions for greater depth.
- We analyse the results and turn the findings into a clear report. This report contains qualitative insights and proposals for the further development of the team.
- We present the results to you and your team. In an interactive session we discuss the strengths and the points for attention. Together we draw up an action plan to tackle the areas for improvement and to build further on the strengths.
- We offer support with implementing the action plan. Think of team training courses, coaching or team-building activities. After a certain period we evaluate progress and consider whether further adjustments are needed.

The Teamscan is always suitable because it lays the foundation for the further development of the team. Language
The training is given in Dutch as standard. The trainer has a good command of English. English-language course material can be used. With a minimum enrolment of 3 participants, the training can also be given entirely in English.
