Learnit
For more than 25 years we have been delivering courses and (team) coaching with passion for a large number of organisations, employees, entrepreneurs and private individuals.We schedule these courses (open enrolment) at many locations across the Netherlands. Anyone can sign up for an open enrolment course, so a class often includes participants who do not know each other and who work at different organisations.
Alongside these open registrations, we also organise courses for groups from organisations: in-company courses. This makes it possible to tailor the course entirely to the organisation and the workplace.
Mission
We believe it is possible for individuals and teams to keep taking a step further in their development through training and coaching. This makes it possible to achieve goals that were previously out of reach. The importance of actively working on that development is often underestimated. That is why we have a passion for letting individuals experience that growth and change are possible.

Our Manifesto
Our manifesto sets out in six pillars what we stand for and what we strive towards. These are core values that have grown over the years and that serve as a guide for our internal and external communication and collaboration.-
1. A warm bond and a familiar foundation
We look after everyone properly. We want to build a warm bond. With each other, but also with the client. Building such a bond is not a one-off investment: personal care and attention, a pleasant atmosphere, a familiar foundation. We want everyone to feel at home and safe enough to push their boundaries.

We don't want to make false promises or do a disservice to the knowledge and experience we have in house. What we stand for is good quality. We need driven and inspired people. We ask our employees to work to the best of their ability, but we take care not to ask too much of them. Our people can give the best of themselves as long as we see each other as human beings. Not just as employees.

We believe in movement. How? Simply by doing! We trust that movement always brings new possibilities with it. The developments around us call for staying sharp and daring to take new steps time and again. And above all for not being afraid of making mistakes or taking a wrong decision. Expertise
Our expertise ranges from computer skills to communication skills. Each subject is delivered by a small team of experienced, charismatic trainers. The courses are interactive in form, with theory alternated with assignments, exercises, case discussions, role plays and so on, so that the knowledge gained can be put into practice straight away. The courses leave room and attention for participants' personal input, which means the material can be linked to participants' day-to-day (working) situation.
Scope
Learnit's head office is based in Amsterdam, and we also have more than 30 training locations throughout the Netherlands. At Learnit we work with a great deal of passion and enthusiasm on high-quality courses tailored to the client's requirements. Learnit aims to keep its range of courses as broad as possible, by listening carefully to what participants want and by closely following global developments in the field of training. For a number of courses we work together with training partners, which allows Learnit to be even more complete and flexible.
