You will learn what AI is, how it works and how to apply it intelligently and responsibly in your work. Concepts such as machine learning, generative AI and LLMs are explained. You will also work with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini, so that you experience first-hand what AI can do for you.
- Who is this course for?
The course is intended for anyone without a technical background who wants to know more about AI. Think of HR managers, team leaders, policymakers, teachers, marketing and communications staff, project leaders, healthcare staff and directors. Are you curious about the opportunities AI offers in your work? Then you are in the right place.
- What prior knowledge do I need?
You do not need any technical knowledge or specific prior knowledge. A little experience of working on a computer and with online tools is enough. The explanations are in understandable language, without jargon.
- What does the course look like?
The course combines clear explanation with demonstrations, exercises and group discussions. You get to work with AI tools yourself and apply what you have learned to examples from your own working practice. In this way you actively process the material and see the result straight away.
- What is the delivery format?
The course is classroom-based and interactive. You learn together with other participants in a small group, guided by an experienced trainer. There is ample room for questions and your own cases.

The course is delivered by an experienced trainer with knowledge of AI and of practice. The trainer translates complex concepts into understandable language and helps you to apply AI in your own working situation.

- How can I prepare?
Extensive preparation is not necessary. It does help, however, if you think beforehand about tasks in your work where AI might be able to help you. You can bring those examples to the course, so that the material becomes practical straight away.
