You gain insight into the EU AI Act, privacy requirements and the ethical choices that come with using AI.

What prior knowledge do I need for this course?
No specific prior knowledge is required. Some experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot is useful, but certainly not a requirement. The course is set up so that both beginners and experienced AI users gain valuable insights from it.

What is the delivery format of this course?
The course is taught in a classroom setting at our locations. You are in a small group with an experienced trainer, which leaves room for interaction, questions and discussing your own cases. The course is also available as an in-company training course, in which we tailor the programme to the situation of your organisation.
Do I receive a certificate on completion?
Yes, you will receive a certificate of participation afterwards. You can use this certificate as proof of AI literacy, something the EU AI Act expects of organisations. This way you can demonstrate that you have been trained in the responsible use of AI.
What does the teaching method look like?
You work with a mix of short pieces of theory, practical examples, exercises and group discussions. The trainer moves continually between theory and application and uses recognisable situations from everyday working practice. You receive digital course material and practical tools you can use straight away.

Information about the EU AI Act and responsible use of AI is scattered and often phrased in legal or technical terms. This course gives you a compact and accessible overview of what is going on, translated into everyday practice.
