A one-day course just for your group. You choose the date and the place, and the trainer tailors the content to your practice beforehand.
Getting more out of ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot starts with better prompting. In this practical course you learn how to steer an AI so that it delivers exactly what you need. You leave with a workbook full of ready-to-use prompts and your own prompt library for your recurring tasks.

Wherever suits you: at your office, at one of our training locations or online. You also choose the date.
Yes. Before the course we discuss with you what the group can already do, where things go wrong in practice and what should be different afterwards. The trainer uses examples and exercises from your own work.
That depends on the course. For a skills course we prefer to work with a small group, so that everyone can really practise. If more people are involved, we schedule several groups or set up a fixed programme.
You get a fixed price for the whole group, in a tailored quotation. For a group this works out cheaper than registering everyone individually. For comparison: a place on the scheduled course costs EUR 625,- excl. VAT per participant.
Yes. For in-company courses we deliver the training in the language of your choice, Dutch or English. Mention it in your request.
Yes, every participant receives a certificate of attendance afterwards.
Via the quote form: state the course, the number of participants and roughly where and when you would like it. An adviser will then contact you.
You can find the current price at the top right of this course page, along with the schedule, location and delivery format. For in-company or bespoke courses we are happy to provide a quotation on request.
You have basic experience with at least one AI tool such as ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot. You need to be able to open a chat and ask a question. Programming knowledge is not required. It helps if you have a few recurring work tasks to hand that you use AI for or want to start using it for. You'll use these during the exercises.
The course is intended for professionals who already work with ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot and want to get more out of them. Think of communications and marketing staff, HR professionals, IT specialists, consultants, policy officers and team leaders. In short: anyone who uses AI for writing, summarising, analysing or documenting and who wants to make their results more predictable and better.
You learn how large language models interpret your input and which five building blocks (role, context, task, format and examples) make up every strong prompt. You practise with chain-of-thought for complex questions and few-shot prompting for consistent output, and you build prompts for writing, summarising, analysing and brainstorming. You also build your own prompt library and learn to recognise hallucinations, bias and invented sources.
Yes. You can take the course in a classroom on location or online via Microsoft Teams. Both versions have the same content and working methods, and in both cases you work in a small group so the trainer has time for your questions. For teams we also deliver the course in-company, with a programme tailored to your working context if required.
Yes. After taking part in the course you will receive a certificate of participation from Learnit. This shows your employer or client that you have worked purposefully on prompt engineering and have mastered the five building blocks, chain-of-thought and few-shot techniques.
The course is entirely hands-on. From the start you work on your own laptop and practise with your own work tasks. Short blocks of explanation alternate with practical assignments. You take home a workbook with fifty ready-to-use prompts, a template for your own prompt library and a checklist for assessing AI output critically. The group size is a maximum of 12 participants.
Trying things out yourself works up to a point. Many people then get stuck in blind trial and error until something workable comes out. In this course you learn to build and refine prompts systematically, so that you get better output in less time. You also work with concrete techniques (chain-of-thought, few-shot) that are hard to discover by experimenting alone.
