What prior knowledge do I need for the Claude for Office Work course?
You do not need any prior knowledge of AI. If you are comfortable with web applications and work with documents, email and Office programs on a daily basis, you can take part straight away. Experience with ChatGPT or Copilot is useful, but not a requirement. A Claude account (free or Pro) will do; if necessary, Learnit will arrange a test account for you.

The course suits anyone who writes, reads or substantiates decisions a great deal in their daily work. Think of managers, policy officers, consultants, lawyers, marketers and communications professionals. If you regularly work with long documents or are looking for an AI assistant that thinks along with you critically, Claude will fit your work well.
What exactly will you learn in the Claude for Office Work course?
You will learn to work in Claude.ai: prompting with the right tone and structure, setting up Projects with your own instructions and knowledge files, building Artifacts and uploading files for analysis. You will also practise writing and rewriting in your own style, summarising long documents, analysing critically and using Claude as a sounding board for decisions. Privacy and business use are covered as well.
Can I take the Claude for Office Work course online or in-company?
Yes. You can take the course in the classroom at one of our locations or online via Microsoft Teams or Google Meet. Both variants have the same content, the same trainer and the same small group size. In-company at your own location is also possible, with the option of tailoring the programme to the work situations of your team.
Do I receive a certificate after the Claude for Office Work course?
Yes, afterwards you will receive a digital certificate of participation from Learnit. It states the course name, the date and the duration. The certificate is a useful addition to your CV or LinkedIn profile and shows that you can work independently with Claude.ai.
Which teaching methods and materials do you use in the course?
The course is largely hands-on: you work in Claude.ai with realistic cases and your own work file. The trainer alternates short explanations with exercises, live demos and feedback moments. Afterwards you receive a digital workbook with practice files and a prompt cheat sheet that you can use at work straight away.
Why should I choose Claude and not ChatGPT or Copilot?
Claude excels at three things: processing long documents (100+ pages without losing the thread), critical reasoning and writing consistently in a specific tone. ChatGPT and Copilot are strong in other scenarios, such as image generation or Office integration. In the course you learn exactly when to choose Claude and when another tool is a better fit.
