Customers who pay late cost your organisation money, time and energy. Well-organised credit control prevents that problem. During this course you learn how to set up an efficient accounts receivable administration and keep it in order. You gain insight into payment behaviour, legal ground rules and conversation techniques. That way you turn non-paying customers back into paying customers, without the relationship suffering.

“Instructive, convincing training course and a good book at the end.”
"Even after 9 years of work experience, this course of 3 mornings was still worthwhile. A different view of accounts receivable management and a reminder of why this profession is so important. I finished this course setting more goals for myself, but certainly also for the company."
Wherever suits you: at your office, at one of our training locations or online. You also choose the date.
Yes. Before the course we discuss with you what the group can already do, where things go wrong in practice and what should be different afterwards. The trainer uses examples and exercises from your own work.
That depends on the course. For a skills course we prefer to work with a small group, so that everyone can really practise. If more people are involved, we schedule several groups or set up a fixed programme.
You get a fixed price for the whole group, in a tailored quote. For a group this works out cheaper than booking everyone individually. For comparison: a place on the scheduled course costs EUR 1250,- excl. VAT per participant.
Yes. For in-company courses we deliver the training in the language of your choice, Dutch or English. Mention it in your request.
Yes, every participant receives a certificate of attendance afterwards.
Via the quote form: state the course, the number of participants and roughly where and when you would like it. An adviser will then contact you.
You learn how to set up and maintain a structured accounts receivable administration. You work on risk analyses, learn to recognise customer and payment behaviour, and practise with collection and reminder conversations. The legal side and the various reminder and collection procedures are also covered.
The course is intended for staff working in accounts receivable administration, people who are about to start working there, those responsible for accounts receivable policy and financial administration staff who regularly conduct collection conversations with customers.
No specific prior knowledge is required. An affinity with administration and figures is useful, but not a requirement. Do you already have experience with accounts receivable management? Then you will deepen and broaden that knowledge during the course.
Theory and practice alternate throughout. You will receive explanations about accounts receivable management, practise with recognisable cases and discuss examples from your own working practice. This allows you to apply what you have learned directly in your work.
The course is classroom-based in a small group. This leaves plenty of room for personal attention, questions and interaction with the trainer and your fellow participants.
The course is delivered by an experienced trainer with practical experience in accounts receivable management and financial administration. Our trainers link theory to situations you will recognise from your own work.
You will go home with course materials, practical tools for your work and a Learnit certificate as proof of participation. This allows you to get started straight away within your own organisation.
Extensive preparation is not necessary. It does help if you bring your own practical examples or questions. Let Learnit know in advance, so the trainer can take this into account in the programme.
