How large can the group be?
That depends on the course. For a skills course we prefer to work with a small group, so that everyone can really practise. If more people are involved, we schedule several groups or set up a fixed programme.

You get a fixed price for the whole group, in a tailored quotation. For a group this works out cheaper than registering everyone individually. For comparison: a place on the scheduled course costs EUR 625,- excl. VAT per participant.
Can the course be delivered in English?
Yes. For in-company courses we deliver the training in the language of your choice, Dutch or English. Mention it in your request.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes, every participant receives a certificate of attendance afterwards.
How do I request a quote?
Via the quote form: state the course, the number of participants and roughly where and when you would like it. An adviser will then contact you.

What prior knowledge do you need for the Excel with Copilot course?
You need basic Excel skills: filtering, sorting and working with functions such as SUM, IF and VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP. Prior knowledge of AI or Copilot is not required. If you are unsure about your level, our Excel Basics course is a good preparation.
Who is the Excel with Copilot course intended for?
The course is intended for anyone who works in Excel on a daily basis and wants to get results with Microsoft 365 Copilot. Think of employees who work extensively with spreadsheets, analysts and controllers, and project leaders and managers who want to gain insight from figures quickly.
What will you learn during the Excel with Copilot course?
You will learn to activate Copilot, prepare your data properly and prompt effectively. You have complex formulas built for you with an explanation, generate pivot tables and charts based on your question, discover trends in datasets and clean up data by removing duplicates, normalising and filling in missing values. You will also learn to recognise the limits of Copilot and to validate the results.
Can the Excel with Copilot course also be taken online or in-company?
Yes. You can attend the course in a classroom at one of our locations or online via Microsoft Teams. For teams within an organisation we also offer in-company versions, in which we tailor the programme to your own data and working processes. Contact us to discuss the options.
Do you receive a certificate after completing the Excel with Copilot course?
Yes, after taking part you receive a certificate of attendance from Learnit. With it you can demonstrate that you have followed the course and can use Copilot in Excel purposefully in your work.
Which materials and working methods are used in the Excel with Copilot course?
You work in your own Excel environment with an active Microsoft 365 Copilot licence. Short blocks of theory alternate with hands-on exercises using realistic datasets. You receive a workbook with practice files and a cheat sheet of useful prompts, so that you can put everything to use in your daily work straight away.
Why choose this course rather than self-study through online videos?
Videos show what Copilot can do, but not how to apply it specifically to your own data and questions. In this course you practise under the guidance of an experienced trainer, receive direct feedback on your prompts and formulas and work on your own case. That way you leave with a concrete result instead of just theory.
