On day 2 you build your own financial dashboard in a practice case. Would you like to work with your own figures from Excel, CSV or an accounting package? That is often possible in consultation with the trainer during the hands-on moments, provided you can export the data securely beforehand. For a full set-up based on your own company data, an in-company course is usually more sensible than a classroom course. You will, however, go home after the course with a dashboard you can build on further.

On day 1 you start with simple DAX formulas for totals, averages and growth percentages. On day 2 you move on to financial KPIs: EBITDA, margin, cash flow and ROI.
