In this course you learn how to use Copilot purposefully for searching, summarising, creating content and refreshing neglected site collections.

How large can the group be?
That depends on the course. For a skills course we prefer to work with a small group, so that everyone can really practise. If more people are involved, we schedule several groups or set up a fixed programme.

Yes, every participant receives a certificate of attendance afterwards.
How do I request a quote?
Via the quote form: state the course, the number of participants and roughly where and when you would like it. An adviser will then contact you.

What prior knowledge do you need for the SharePoint with Copilot course?
You need basic knowledge of SharePoint. You know how sites, libraries, lists, pages and permissions work and you have already managed content or created a page. Have you attended our SharePoint Basics course or do you have comparable practical experience? Then you will fit in well. Knowledge of Copilot itself is not required, as that is where the course starts.

The course is for anyone who maintains a SharePoint environment and wants to make it smarter with AI. Think of SharePoint administrators, site owners, content owners, knowledge managers, intranet administrators, communications staff and IT managers who want to explore the possibilities of Microsoft 365 Copilot and apply them to their own intranet.
What exactly do you learn in the SharePoint with Copilot course?
You learn to search company content using natural language, summarise documents and search across sites. You also design a site and page structure, write pages, news items and knowledge base articles with Copilot, and interpret visitor statistics via Copilot Q&A. You also gain insight into how Copilot handles permissions and sensitivity labels.
Can you also follow the SharePoint with Copilot course online or in-company?
Yes. You can take the course in a classroom at one of our locations, online via virtual classroom or in-company at your office. For in-company courses we tailor the content to your own SharePoint environment and Copilot licences. Feel free to request a proposal if you would like to take part with a team.
Do you receive a certificate after completing the SharePoint with Copilot course?
Yes, afterwards you receive a Learnit certificate of participation. It confirms that you took an active part in the course and practised the topics covered. You can add this certificate to your LinkedIn profile or personal development plan.
What does a course day look like and what materials do you take away?
You alternate between short explanations and hands-on exercises in SharePoint with Copilot. You use our Learnit test environment or your own Microsoft 365 environment with a Copilot licence. You receive a workbook with prompts for content management, a template for site architecture and an approach for refreshing a neglected site collection.
Why take this course rather than learning on your own with online tutorials?
Online tutorials show you individual functions, but in the classroom you work on your own site collection with an experienced trainer beside you. You get immediate feedback on your prompts, you learn which approaches do and do not work in practice, and you leave with a concrete refresher plan. That shorter learning path is rarely achieved through self-study.
