How large can the group be?
That depends on the course. For a skills course we prefer to work with a small group, so that everyone can really practise. If more people are involved, we schedule several groups or set up a fixed programme.

Can the course be delivered in English?
Yes. For in-company courses we deliver the training in the language of your choice, Dutch or English. Mention it in your request.
Do participants receive a certificate?
Yes, every participant receives a certificate of attendance afterwards.
How do I request a quote?
Via the quote form: state the course, the number of participants and roughly where and when you would like it. An adviser will then contact you.
What does the Teams with Copilot course cost?

What prior knowledge do I need for the Teams with Copilot course?
You work with Microsoft Teams on a daily basis and know the basics: chatting, meeting, working with channels and sharing files. Experience with AI tools is not required, as we build up all Copilot features from scratch during the course.
Who is the Teams with Copilot course intended for?
The course is intended for anyone who has a lot of meetings in Teams and wants to save time on minutes, action points and follow-up. Think of employees, managers, project leaders, consultants, secretaries and management assistants who have several meetings every day.
Which Copilot features in Teams are covered?
You learn to work with meeting Copilot, chat Copilot and Whiteboard Copilot. Specifically: summarising meetings, extracting action points and decisions, asking open questions during meetings, searching chats using natural language, discussing documents live and linking Copilot to Planner, To Do and Loop.
Can I also take the Teams with Copilot course online or in-company?
Yes, you can choose between classroom training at our location in Amsterdam or live online via Microsoft Teams. For teams and organisations we also provide in-company courses, in which we tailor the programme to your own working methods and Copilot configuration.
Do I receive a certificate afterwards?
Yes, on completion of the course you receive a certificate of participation from Learnit. You also take away a workbook with 15 worked-out prompts that you can use directly in your own Teams environment.
What do the teaching methods and course materials look like?
The course is entirely practice-oriented. Short pieces of explanation alternate with hands-on exercises in your own Microsoft 365 environment or in our test environment. You practise on realistic scenarios such as a recorded meeting, a busy chat and an ongoing project. The group stays small, a maximum of 8 participants, allowing for plenty of personal guidance.
Why take a course if I can also discover Copilot by trial and error?
You can certainly try it out yourself, but most users make use of no more than 20% of what Copilot in Teams can do. During the course you receive targeted prompts, practical scenarios and tips that are hard to find on your own by searching. You also cover governance and privacy, two topics that are easily overlooked when studying on your own.
