On the SQL Basics course, you will learn to work with databases and SQL queries under the guidance of an experienced trainer. You will practise with SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOINs and functions, so that afterwards you can independently query and edit data in a relational database.

In this Excel course you will learn to work with formulas, functions, charts and formatting. You will create clear spreadsheets yourself and apply your knowledge directly in practice. Optionally, you can also give attention to Excel with Copilot.

In this Power BI Basics course you will learn how to turn Excel data into clear management reports and interactive dashboards. You will discover how to import, structure and visualise data, and how to share your dashboard online with colleagues.

In the Minute Taking course you will learn how to efficiently capture the main thread of a meeting and turn it into a clear, results-oriented report. You will work on preparation, selective listening, separating main points from side issues and drawing up a clear action list.

In this Project Management course you learn step by step how to set up, plan and manage a project. You work through every phase, from definition to evaluation, and gain a grip on roles, planning, budget and risks within project-based working.

In this Time Management training you work on gaining an overview, setting priorities and structuring your work. You practise assertiveness, delegating and coping with stress, and draw up a personal action plan to get a grip on your time and workload.

In this course you learn to work with InDesign, the standard for page design and typography. You design flyers, brochures, books and digital magazines. You gain a grip on text, colour, images, styles and export to print or web.

In this training course you will develop your own style of influencing. You will learn to persuade, negotiate, motivate and deal with resistance. You will practise with push and pull energy and draw up a personal action plan to apply what you have learned straight away.

In this course you set up your bookkeeping. You are introduced to financial concepts, setting up an administration, VAT, the general ledger and reporting. You work with your own practical examples, so that you can apply what you have learned directly in your business.

In this course you learn how to motivate, manage and appreciate volunteers. You discover your own leadership style, practise conversation techniques and are given tools for feedback, corrective conversations and difficult situations within volunteer work.

In the Developing Training Courses course you learn how to move from a learning question to a well-founded training programme. You work towards a script that you can put into practice straight away.

In this Motivational Interviewing course you work with the method developed by Miller and Rollnick. You learn how to reduce resistance, handle ambivalence and elicit change talk. You practise actively with the four steps you use to guide someone from "no" to "yes".

On this course you will get to grips with VAT in international trade. You will learn which rules apply to goods and services within and outside the EU, how to draw up invoices and returns correctly and how to apply the OSS scheme to distance selling.

In this course you practise the basic techniques of coaching. You learn the difference between training and coaching, discover your qualities and pitfalls and acquire the skills to really get a coachee moving.

In this course you will learn how to conduct interviews in a structured and professional way. You will work on preparation, questioning techniques and the atmosphere of the conversation, and practise probing further, dealing with resistance and unravelling vagueness. That way you get the most out of every conversation.
