Open Learning Format

The open learning format means that, as a participant, you work independently under the guidance of an experienced trainer. This means that every participant works on his or her own course. We have been applying this method successfully for a considerable time, much to the satisfaction of our participants.

The advantages of this learning format are:

  • You are not tied to the pace and topics of other participants; you learn at your own pace.
  • Working with your own topics in an order that suits you.
  • The course you take is tailored to your knowledge and requirements.
  • During the course you can work with material from your own working environment, so you can apply what you have learned straight away.
  • During the course you can also ask questions about (un)related topics that apply specifically to your situation.

If you have any questions about the open learning format or about the course you would like to take, call 020-6369179 or email info@learnit.nl

The trainer

Together with you, the trainer determines which learning path suits you best. That way they choose the best way to teach you the skills you need. They also advise you on how best to continue after the course and which follow-up courses are important for you.

During the course the trainer helps you over any hurdles, provides theoretical explanations and practical tips. With the open learning format you can bring along your own practical examples. This is useful, instructive and efficient, because you get straight to work on your own tasks. It is best to bring your material on a USB stick or CD. You can also email the material before the course to info@learnit.nl (small files only), so that the trainer knows what you want to do and can prepare accordingly.
