"Managing stress is a course I was perhaps even embarrassed to sign up for. Now, after the course, I can recommend it to anyone who suffers from stress even a little, and I am very positive about it. It gives you tools for dealing with stress and explains why stress is there and how you sometimes make it worse yourself. It has already brought me a great deal and I am confident that it will help me in the future too."

Healthy stress gives you energy, focus and sharpness at moments when you have to perform. Afterwards you can relax again. Stress becomes unhealthy when the tension lingers, you no longer come to rest and your body and mind are not given time to recover. This often shows itself in sleeping problems, irritability, fatigue and loss of concentration.
Common signals are poor sleep, persistent worrying, a shorter fuse, fatigue, headaches, a tense body, difficulty concentrating and the feeling that everything is too much. If you experience this for a longer period, it is wise to act before the complaints get worse.
Small groups, also in-company at your office.
