Yes. Before the course we discuss with you what the group can already do, where things go wrong in practice and what should be different afterwards. The trainer uses examples and exercises from your own work.
That depends on the course. For a skills course we prefer to work with a small group, so that everyone can really practise. If more people are involved, we schedule several groups or set up a fixed programme.
You get a fixed price for the whole group, in a tailored quote. For a group this works out cheaper than booking everyone individually. For comparison: a place on the scheduled course costs EUR 1250,- excl. VAT per participant.

You learn how to use the models of Tuckman, Lencioni, Belbin and Hackman to analyse and strengthen the effectiveness of your team. You work on collaboration, communication, conflict handling and setting clear goals, and leave with a concrete action plan for your own team.
The course is suitable for team leaders, supervisors, project and production managers, HR professionals and other managers who are responsible for how a team functions and who want to improve collaboration.
You work with four leading models: Tuckman's stages of group development (forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning), Lencioni's five dysfunctions of a team, Belbin's team roles and Hackman's five basic conditions for effective teams.
No, no specific prior knowledge is required. Experience in leading or supporting a team does help you to link the material directly to your own practice.
The course is interactive and practically oriented. You alternate theory with exercises and case studies, work in a small group and receive personal feedback from an experienced trainer. Your own team is always the starting point for the exercises.
Yes, after completing the course you will receive a Learnit certificate of participation as proof that you have attended the course.
Tuckman describes the stages a team goes through in its development (forming, storming, norming, performing, adjourning). Lencioni focuses on the pitfalls that hold teams back, with five dysfunctions: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results. In the course you learn to combine both models.
Meredith Belbin distinguishes eight team roles: plant, monitor evaluator, coordinator, implementer, completer finisher, resource investigator, teamworker and shaper. The model is popular because it shows that a balanced team does not consist of identical people, but of complementary roles that reinforce one another.
