Who is the Team Leadership and Team Building course intended for?

Do I need any prior knowledge to take part?

No, no specific prior knowledge is required. It does help if you have experience of managing or guiding a group, as you can then work with your own practical examples straight away.

How large are the groups during the course?

We work with a maximum of eight participants per group. This leaves room for personal attention, sufficient time to practise and a safe atmosphere in which to experiment with new skills.

Do I receive a certificate on completion?

Yes, on completion you will receive a Learnit certificate of participation. This shows that you have attended the Team Leadership and Team Building course.

Can I also take the course in-company with my own team?

Teaching method

Tailored content is central. In an intake interview, the trainer discusses your personal learning objectives so that the programme matches your situation. You work in a small group of no more than eight participants in a safe atmosphere in which you can experiment with new skills. We believe in doing and experiencing, so you practise a great deal with cases, role plays and group assignments from everyday practice.

Prior knowledge

No specific prior knowledge is required. Some experience in leading or guiding a group helps you link the material directly to your own practice.

The training is given in Dutch as standard. The trainer has a good command of English. English-language course material can be used. With a minimum enrolment of 3 participants, the training can also be given entirely in English.
