Description
In Learnit's Influencing Skills programme, you work over six months on a natural, convincing style of influencing. You gain insight into your own role, your preferred style and the interests of the people around you. You also practise practical skills such as profiling yourself, negotiating, arguing, directing and taking a stand.
The programme consists of three blocks of two course days on location, preceded by a personal intake and a 360-degree feedback report. Between the blocks you work independently on assignments, e-learning and self-study. You form a peer supervision group with a few fellow participants and attend two in-depth webinars. You also have an online coaching session with your trainer and make a video recording of a practice situation on which you reflect.
Two months after the final block there is a follow-up day. You refresh the course material and discuss, on the basis of your own practical examples, how to develop your influencing skills further. Thanks to the combination of theory, practice and immediate application in your daily work, influencing does not become a trick but a skill that suits who you are.

Fortunately, Learnit has extensive experience in this field (more than 25 years) and we are happy to help you through this process.
Language
The training is given in Dutch as standard. The trainer has a good command of English. English-language course material can be used. With a minimum enrolment of 3 participants, the training can also be given entirely in English.
