Hans
I am a practical trainer who aims to ensure that all participants actually apply in practice what they have learned during the lessons. I also point out to them that they can learn not only from me or from the book, but a great deal from each other too. During the intake I always ask them to bring a case from their own working practice to the lesson, so we can apply the exercises to it. Finally, I always round off the last lesson with a drink together at my expense, so that the threshold for approaching one another after the course is lower.
