Directly beneath the Muziekgebouw you can park in the Piet Hein car park.
Cheaper alternative - Parking Oosterdok (Oosterdokstraat 150)
The entrance is beneath the Amsterdam Conservatorium. This is at the rear of the Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam. On Oosterdokseiland, follow the signs for 'Parking Oosterdok'. From this car park it is about a 10-minute walk to the Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ. From Parking Oosterdok it is a 10-minute walk. Follow the Annie M.G. Schmidtstraat to the end, as far as the Oosterdoksstraat. Here you turn right until you reach the water and then walk to the left, underneath all the rail, road and tram viaducts. There you can take the steel staircase up and you will come out on the Piet Heinkade. From here you will see the Muziekgebouw aan 't IJ on your left.

- What prior knowledge do I need for this course?
You do not need any technical prior knowledge of AI. We do expect you to be involved in AI decisions within your organisation and to bring a practical situation of your own. Experience with management issues, business cases or governance helps you translate the material to your own context quickly.
- Who is the AI for managers and team leaders course intended for?
The course is aimed at directors, board members, line managers, team leaders, HR leaders, project and programme managers and management team members. - Which topics are covered?

- Can I also take the course online?
Yes, the course can be attended in a classroom on location or online via Microsoft Teams. In the online version you work in the same small group and with the same working sessions as on location. You choose the delivery format that suits you best when you book.
- Do I receive a certificate?
Yes, on completion you will receive a certificate of attendance from Learnit. This shows that you have attended the course and covered the topics addressed at a strategic level.
- What does the teaching method look like?
Short theoretical frameworks alternate with working sessions in which you apply the material directly to your own organisation. You discuss your choices and dilemmas with the group and the trainer. You receive a workbook with templates and checklists, and work throughout the session on your own AI strategy on a single A4.
- Why choose this course over an online AI course or self-study?
Online courses often teach you how to work with AI tools. This course focuses explicitly on strategy and governance: which direction suits your organisation, how to build the business case and how to set up governance.
