I'm Ruben, an independent innovation and business coach. Since 2007 I have worked with project management, change management, lean and continuous improvement, bringing my experience from real business projects into the training room. My lessons are practical, interactive and no-nonsense: little theory for theory's sake, but concrete cases, exercises and tools you can apply straight away. I like to combine that with humour, a critical eye, plenty of room for questions and the exchange of experiences.
