Systemic work gives you a different lens for looking at situations that will not shift on a rational level. You learn to work with the principles of order, bonding and exchange, and you practise with systemic questions, interventions and constellations. You go home with concrete working methods for coaching, teams and organisational issues.

In this course you learn how to communicate a change in such a way that people genuinely come along with you. You work with models such as Kübler-Ross and ADKAR and practise with difficult conversations from your own working situation. At the end you will have a communication plan for your own change process.

In this course you will learn how, as a manager, to steer strategically on AI within your organisation. You build a business case, choose a suitable direction and set up governance. You will leave with a concrete AI strategy on a single A4.

Since 2 February 2025, the AI Act has required every organisation using AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy. In this course you will learn what Article 4 asks of you and how to work responsibly with ChatGPT, Copilot and other AI systems. You will leave with frameworks, checklists and an action plan for your own role or team.

In the AI Prompt Engineering course you learn to work systematically with prompts for ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. You practise with the five building blocks of a strong prompt and with techniques such as chain-of-thought and few-shot. You build your own prompt library that fits your day-to-day work.
