You work on self-insight, get a grip on your qualities and pitfalls and learn how to structure a coaching process. Do you want to use Excel more intelligently and more quickly? With Python you can automate recurring tasks in spreadsheets. You edit data, create formulas, generate charts and adjust formatting. In this course you learn to work with Python and modules such as pandas and openpyxl. You start with the basics of Python and build up step by step towards practical applications in Excel. By the end you can independently write scripts that take work in Excel off your hands. No prior programming knowledge required.

In this course you gain insight into inappropriate behaviour: what it is, how it arises and how to recognise it. You practise conducting conversations, giving feedback and intervening, so that you contribute to a safe and respectful working environment.

In this course you gain insight into how deferred taxes arise, how they are calculated and how they are processed. You learn to recognise deferred tax liabilities and assets, to apply RJ and IFRS (IAS 12) and to present them correctly in the financial statements. This helps you avoid additional assessments and fines.
