In this two-day Agile Project Management Foundation course you will learn to manage projects flexibly using Agile and Scrum. You will work with the Agile Framework, the MoSCoW method and timeboxing, and prepare for the official Foundation exam.

As a Product Owner, you are the linchpin between customer, team and product. You know what the customer wants and translate those wishes into a valuable result. In this course you learn how to set out a clear product vision, draw up a good backlog and keep your team sharp. You will work on stakeholder analyses, release planning and collaboration with the Scrum Master.
