In this course you learn how to set out a clear product vision, draw up a good backlog and keep your team sharp. You will work on stakeholder analyses, release planning and collaboration with the Scrum Master. Scrum games help you master the material straight away, so that after the course you can confidently take on your role.

In the AI Essentials course you discover what artificial intelligence is and how to use it intelligently in your work. You are given an explanation of concepts such as machine learning, generative AI and LLMs. You get to work with tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini. You learn what AI can and cannot do, where the opportunities lie and what to watch out for in terms of privacy and ethics. Suitable for anyone without a technical background who wants to get more out of AI.

Since 2 February 2025, the AI Act has required every organisation using AI to ensure sufficient AI literacy. In this course you will learn what Article 4 asks of you and how to work responsibly with ChatGPT, Copilot and other AI systems. Employment contract: Rights and obligations

As an HR or personnel officer you regularly draw up or extend employment contracts. But what is actually not on paper? Most rights and obligations are laid down in legislation, collective labour agreements and case law.
